Digital files are delivered instantly, so we don't offer refunds for change of mind once you've requested immediate access. If a file is faulty, can't be accessed or isn't as described, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you — your statutory consumer rights always apply. See our Refund Policy.

Our guides and bundles are one-off payments — you keep the files forever. Separately, you can add an optional monthly membership, the Dylvera Kitchen Club, when you check out. You only join if you choose to add it. It renews every month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel, and you can cancel any time by emailing us at contact@dylverachef.com.
